Inside Sales Associate (2yrs exp. required)
Best in Backyards is the ultimate backyard retailer! Based in Carmel NY with 6 retail locations in NY and CT. Some of the products we sell include Swing Sets, Sheds, Hot Tubs, Swim Spas, Pools, Decks, Patios, Trampolines, Basketball Systems and much more.

We’re searching for an experienced salesperson who's familiar with outdoor products and loves helping people. Has great communication skills, sales experience, follow up, work ethic and proven track record. You must be a closer. If you're looking for a great place to work, this is it!

No cold calling or prospecting. All leads provided.

Qualifications for Inside Sales Representative:

• Minimum of 2 years sales experience.
• Computer Proficient
• Must work weekends.

Responsibilities for Inside Sales Representative (include but not limited to):

• In store sales of all products.
• Assists in maintaining showroom display and readiness.
• Observe all company pricing policies.
• Assist in maintaining showroom cleanliness.
• Maintain a vast knowledge of all products sold.
• Attend company monthly meetings/training.
• Follow up on all leads, in store and digital.
• Have knowledge of competing companies and all competitive products they represent.
• Be present and on-time.
• Maintain a professional image on the sales floor.
• Availability to cover other locations.

Must work weekends. Salary plus commission

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $85,000.00 per year
